ABOUT
Formed in 1969 and still going strong, Sallyport Sword Dancers are a traditional English folk dance team, deeply committed to keeping Rapper Sword Dancing alive. Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, they perform the traditional miners dances of the North East and Durham area.
